2 Hour Rule
At First Industrial, we take customer service very seriously. Which is why we've instituted our "2-Hour Rule" policy. Our "2-Hour Rule" stipulates that every phone call received during normal business hours on any given weekday (exclusive of company holidays) must be returned by our team members within two hours. Guaranteed.
Our goal is to provide superior customer service every time you do business with us. Getting back to you promptly – to acknowledge your call when you're trying to reach us – may seem like a small thing. But we recognize that your time is important to you. And what's important to you is important to us.
Here's our promise:
If we fail to return your call within two hours (subject to a few reasonable exemptions), we will donate $50 on your behalf to the United Way or to the charity of your choice.
